Case worker

Duties :- - Thoroughly assess social intervention for individuals and families identified as in need of social intervention and develop individualized social intervention care plans in partnership with individuals/families accordingly and using a strengths-based approach.  . - Social support including psychosocial support for individuals and families based on a specific intervention plan of care in the home or facility as appropriate. - Referrals to other UNRWA services and/or external agencies, and facilitate and follow up on such referrals as part of the social intervention care plan to ensure appropriate care is provided. - Documents all cases promptly and carefully in line with social work principles and values and maintains accurate records of all cases using the Primero database. - Facilitate and support community initiatives and activities that target women, children, youth, the elderly, people with disabilities, and society as a whole as a complement to social intervention, as this was identified as an auxiliary intervention for the goals of the ongoing case work at the individual and family level . - Maintaining good working relationships with various partners and stakeholders to increase refugees' access to quality services provided by external partners .

Duties :- - Provide technical support to local administrative committee ( LACs) members to implement the Community-Based Organizations (CBOs’)  annual operations and programmes for the best interest of the refugees' rights and protection.  - Guide and facilitate the administrative, technical and financial operations for CBOs on the standards of social accountability -good governance- financial transparency  . - Follow up on the reporting, monitoring, resources mobilization and community outreach targeting Social Safety Net programme (SSNP) cases .  - Strengthen the capacity of UNRWA supported CBOs in term of serving refugees with quality social services.  -  Facilitate and support the implementation of the partnerships between CBOs and  UNRWA and other external  agencies  to improve the quality of services provided.  - Facilitate and support establishing legal offices, psychosocial support services and youth committee at CBOs in coordination with Partner organizations ( POs ).  - Support vulnerable SSNP refugees cases' protection and social integration through CBOs supported by UNRWA.  - Mainstream SSNP cases through CBOs services and social programmes, for better refugees' protection,social integration, livelihood means whenever possible.   - Mainstream case management practices through services provision, community mobilization, community based projects and services .

Duties :- - Ensure the successful implementation - of the project through updating project implementation plan and providing adequate follow up for project activities .  - Prepare following up of all financial and procurement documents necessary for the project . - Prepare project's progress reports . - Follow up project implementation, procurement plan and budget .expenditure . - Arrange meetings and take minutes .  - Arrange participating in workshops and visits of project team . - Keep track of incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications channels . - Manage all office activities via pertinent computer software . - Prepare and evaluate all issues related to hiring consultants . - Evaluate and monitor project progress through all of its stages . - Establish and maintain effective  working relationships with all stakeholders and others related to the project .

Duties :- - Hold educational and awareness workshops for orphan children aged 12 - 16 years.  - Organize training sessions with teachers and coordinate with students' parents to take advantage of these courses.  - Plan for educational and recreational trips for students in coordination with local community institutions.

Duties :- - Individual, collective and community counseling.  - Prepare social activities budget for in the school.  - Diagnosis and preparation of treatment plan for students suffering from social and academic problems.  - Organize public service projects within the school in cooperation and coordination with various community institutions such as environmental management, municipalities, public security and social defense.
